A new generation of consumers requiring a new generation of services and stores has emerged. About 10,000 inhabitants of the banks of the Seine are impatient to try out this new concept of goods and services. New movie theaters and a cultural products supermarket are also going to spring up in this area, further enhancing the quality of life in this part of Paris.
